Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Assistant HMO Property Manager This is a full-time, permanent position located at Vimto Gardens, Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work! The salary ranges from an OTE £23,000 - £25,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Liaising with the local authorities to ensure compliance legislation is being followed adequately
- Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and contractors to ensure all compliance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard
- Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes
- Reporting
