Our well established business is growing and we are looking for a Lettings Manager to join our team! With support from the Regional Lettings Director, you will be working alongside our Branch Manager and the rest of the team in Sale, who provide an enjoyable and exciting working environment.

The Role
As a Lettings Manager you will own your branch lettings performance and enjoy the entrepreneurial flair that working within Thornley Groves at this level can bring. Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;
- You will accept nothing less than being market leader in your town
- You motivate and inspire your team and make the branch 'a great place to work'
- You live and breathe a slick right first time philosophy on service to our clients
- Your valuation skills are sophisticated and polished, and your conversion rate is envied by your competitors
- Train branch colleagues on business generation and key lettings processes
- People manage Lettings Consultants & Administrators
- Develop and maintain an advanced level of lettings know how and technical expertise
- Generating ideas to continuously improve our lettings and property management services to our landlords and tenants
- Support the branch as required on all aspects of sales and cover as needed
Requirements
We are keen to find someone that is a good fit for us, but we also want to be a good fit for them! Therefore we’re looking for someone who;
- Proven track record on lettings listings and business generation
- Experienced Residential Lettings Manager in a high-volume high-street lettings branch
- Ideally ARLA qualified or undertaking qualification
- You are highly articulate and a highly confident individual
- Effective at motivating and managing the performance of your team
- Attention to detail and values organisation and efficiency
- You are IT savvy as you represent the modern dynamic Lettings Manager
- Lives in the Greater Manchester area
- Property Management experience highly preferable
- Full clean driving licence
- Full-time working hours plus Saturday's on a rota
