Our well established business is growing and we are looking for a Compliance Clerk to join our office in Salford! You will join a team of five who are expert in their discipline, enjoying a fantastic opportunity everyday to earn commission and improve personal earnings! You will be working alongside our Property Management team in our vibrant modern office, which provides an enjoyable and exciting working environment for all age groups.

Remuneration package:

Role Summary
We are searching for candidates who are organised, have a high attention to detail and possess excellent people skills. Ultimately, the focus is to protect our Landlord’s investments and ensure that we are acting in accordance with the law and associated compliance regulations. Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;

• Liaising with Tenants, Landlords and contractors to ensure all compliance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard
• Maintaining accurate file notes
• Reporting
